Anđelka Đukić

Anđelka Đukić has extensive experience in various spheres of the creative industries, technology, and organizational leadership. Currently, she serves as an Account Executive in the ed-tech industry, with a focus on global business development for educational platforms, particularly in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Her passion for education and innovation drives her to actively contribute to the creation of better learning environments and opportunities for professional development.

As a dedicated contributor to the growth of the ed-tech sector, Anđelka blends expertise in sales, business development, and marketing to craft strategies that ensure the effective implementation of educational technologies while fostering long-term partnerships. She is committed to delivering tailored solutions that enable clients to enhance learning experiences in the most impactful ways.

In addition to her career in IT, Anđelka leads the cultural society LADA, through which she organizes various cultural and artistic events. Her interest in art and culture is deeply intertwined with her professional endeavors, and through LADA, she actively contributes to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. Drawing from her formal education in Music and Sociology, she engages in research, artistic creation, and event management, including projects that span the fields of culture and creative expression.

Anđelka is also one of the co-founders of IWS – Innovative Women of Serbia, an organization dedicated to supporting women in the workplace, promoting gender equality, and empowering women through collective initiatives, workshops, and educational programs. With her background in business development and organizational leadership, coupled with her understanding of social dynamics, she contributes to the organization’s mission to create a more inclusive and supportive working environment for women in Serbia.
