Nevena Nedić is a Bachelor of Social Work, currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Performance Management at the University of Belgrade. She combines academic theory with practical solutions, focusing on gender equality and sustainable development. She is currently writing her master’s thesis titled: “Gender Equality in Sustainable Development: Improving Business Performance Through Inclusive Managerial Practices.”
Throughout her career, she has developed a wide range of professional skills, including project management, team coordination, operational planning, and process optimization. As a Project Manager, she was responsible for planning and implementing projects, tracking progress, allocating resources, and identifying risks. As an Operations Coordinator, she improved operational processes, managed logistics, and analyzed data for efficiency. She also gained experience in business assistance, supporting teams in communication, logistics, and administration. At IWS, she applies her managerial and analytical skills to enhance business practices and empower women in the workplace.
Her main area of interest for further research and professional development includes gender equality in the workplace and inclusive managerial practices, with a focus on strategies that foster diversity and inclusion in organizations.
